I have had the unique experience of being able to work with a broad spectrum of people from first graders to seniors, teaching arts and photography skills in diverse settings that include public and private schools, churches, museums, libraries, hospitals and community centers.
Through my formal teaching positions and artist in residence positions I have learned that the greatest asset of teaching is the infinite knowledge you receive back from your students. My time spent teaching has given me opportunities to work within an array of multicultural communities and institutions. I have drawn from these varied experiences to continue to develop and create the programs, artwork, and life choices that I currently engage in.
